Cancellation Policy:
1) Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation you can do so without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival by 2 pm contacting the hotel directly on +44 207 373 5915. A cancellation later than 2 pm 48 hours prior to arrival or a no show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
2) In case of a late cancellation, 1 Lexham Gardens Hotel reserves the right to charge for 1 night and in some cases eg. minimum stay, for the full amount. This information will be stated and detailed on your confirmation form.
