Payment Policy:
For the first night, We charge full rates for each room booked from the credit/visa card given, the balance will be due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
1) In case you need to cancel or make any changes in your reservation, we will not charge penalty if you inform us 48 hours and before 2pm prior to arrival. For any changes, you may also contact us directly on +44 207 373 5915. A cancellation later than 2 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival or a no show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

2) In case of a late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge for 1 night and in some cases such as minimum stay, for the full amount. This information will be stated and detailed on your confirmation form.
